Project Coordinator

Come help us build the metaverse! This is an Individual contributor role that has leadership opportunities in managing the deliverables and direction of Iconic Engine’s products.  It requires a person with soft skills and the ability to motivate Unity developers to deliver on production deadlines. The Project Coordinator will need to exhibit knowledge of XR experiences to help provide comparable direction combined with the structure and process oriented leadership skills to grow the team on all fronts.

Duties:

• Assessing individual workload
• Managing internal and external expectations
• Prioritizing the needs of the projects
• Generating reporting based on ticket completion
• Translating business requirements into technical tasks
• Raising critical issues to management
• Testing the product to ensure that it is achieving the experience set forth by Iconic Engine’s
  leadership and client needs
• The business development needs may also need the Technical Manager to perform additional duties.

Proficiencies:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to decipher technical challenges and outline technical tasks
• Ability to reduce, summarize and report development issues to management
• Operational background with 2 years of experience preferred, 1 years of team management
• College or Graduate level degree is preferred
• Knowledge of modern Game Engines and components, such as Unity or Unreal
• Experience with Agile product development
• Mobile design and development experience
• Can demonstrate knowledge of video distribution and streaming concepts
• Strong grasp of foundational XR and metaverse concepts
