Visual Designer

Help us create beautiful visual designs for our AR, VR, and mobile applications and support our marketing team. You are a well-rounded professional, with a collaborative work-style. You are used to giving and receiving design critiques. You are a self-starter, and efficient at creating production-ready assets. You enjoy the fast-paced startup culture in a small and motivated team where every team member is helping the company succeed. Things you'll be doing:

• Work collaboratively with UX & product design, and other team members to create visual designs for apps
• Help us with building pitch decks that win business to the company
• Support our marketing team producing high quality creative
• Explore and rapidly iterate designs based on feedback from the team or our clients

Skills that you will bring with you:

• Solid visual design foundation (layout, color theory, typography, etc)
• Experience with consumer digital facing products
• Experience with state-of-the art visual design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Figma, etc.
• Ability to multi-task between different projects
• Ability to think holistically, beyond just one project, and finding opportunities for optimizing the design pipeline

Nice-to-haves:

• Skills in motion design
• Skills in video editing
• Experience with video games or other entertainment products
• Experience with VR and AR
• You have shipped at least one consumer facing product
